How do I schedule a pickup?
Scheduling a pickup is very easy. We have different source for scheduling the pickup:

3. Visit https://www.scrapzone.in and place a request in the pickup request form.

Are there any cost for scheduling a pickup?
Scheduling a pickup is free of charge.
Is there any minimum weight requirement for scheduling a pickup?
Currently, there is no weight restriction for scheduling a pickup. However, at the same time we request our users to have sufficient quantity to sell.
Can I demand for more money if i have more quantity of scrap?
Yes you can. By default we pay you better rates when you have more than 500 KG of scraps.
Can I cancel or reschedule my scheduled pickup?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your pickup. Just call +91 9343221221.
Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges.
Will I get a receipt for the scraps which I have sold?
Of course yes. Once we buy your scrap immediately you will get a SMS and Email (If registered) with the detailed receipt of the items that we have picked up from you along with the weight and cost break up of each scraps. We maintain full transparency in all of our transactions.
How do I get paid for the scrap?
Payment will be made through Cash / IMPS / Google Pay / PayTM
After the scrap is sold can I get it back?
No. There is no return of items once picked up by Scrapzone. We request you to verify the scraps before selling it to us.
What items do you not accept?
Currently, we do not accept fragile items, milk covers, clothes, cartons and other scraps containing hazardous or toxic material.
